There is a very famous photo of a Trucker who spent his time with one side of his face always facing the sun. The damage the sun did to his face is very evident. Sun exposure adds up, those little trips to and from the car, the "its kind of cloudy so I don't need it" days. Clouds do not block out uva or uvb rays and that causes a lot of aging to our skin. Sunscreen must be applied 30 minutes before exposure and reapplied every 2-3 hours. Now if you're a makeup wearer like me it can be tricky to reapply over all your hard work but there are some powdered sunscreens and even setting sprays with spf available. If the sun is out our sunscreen is on!
